Lara Müller

Lara Müller is a dancer and dance teacher from Switzerland. She started dancing ballet when she was very young. After a professional ballet education Lara decided to discover the contemporary dance scene more. She graduated from the ZHdK in Zürich where she got her Bachelor in Contemporary Dance. After her graduation Lara has worked with different choreographers in Switzerland and abroad. Among others she worked with Company Mafalda (CH), Poetic Disasters Club (NDL). Since March 2021 Lara has lived in Finland, where she has worked with MimoArt Company, Apple Punch & Raremother and Favela Vera Ortiz.

Teaching has always been important for Lara. The main goal in her class is to have a positive atmosphere, to build up the dancer's stage presence and confidence in what they are doing. It's important to Lara, that the dancer understands the technique, the use of the body in a safe way and keeping the joy while dancing.
